What is the myDATA platform?
The new Online platform of AADE which aims to automatically update the Electronic Books by entering the summary of the income-expenditure documents and the rest of the accounting documents of your business.
Is Hotelinvoicer connected to the myDATA platform?
Yes. Hotelinvoicer, the online invoicing platform for tourist accommodation and hotels, is connected to the myData service.
Why should I choose Hotelinvoicer?
Hotelinvoicer, the new electronic invoicing application is aimed exclusively at tourism professionals who own tourist accommodation and is a customized solution for the industry.
How is Hotelinvoicer different from other electronic invoicing programs?
Hotelinvoicer differs from other electronic invoicing programs because it is compatible with Booking.com, Airbnb, Homeaway channels, etc. so that you can enter the data simply with an excel file, but also with channel managers for direct connection, so that reservations are entered automatically.
Does my business need to do anything more?
No. Hotel Invoicer undertakes to automatically transmit all the documents of your tourist accommodation to the myData platform of AADE. 
Are there any other hidden charges on Hotelinvoicer?
No. The only charge is the cost of the annual subscription you choose. Hotelinvoicer, respecting the tourism professionals who trust it, ensures that during its use it will not burden users with other charges.
Do I need to have any software installed on my device to use the services?
All you need is any device (smartphone, tablet, computer) connected to the Internet and a browser (Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Safari, Opera, etc.).
What if at some point I don't have Internet?
Unfortunately, the Internet is necessary to use Hotelinvoicer. If at some point you do not have Internet, you will have to issue your documents by hand.
What if I encounter any difficulty in issuing the documents?
You can use the online suppport system  (Support Ticketing System), through which you can inform us about any issue you wish. Our team will respond immediately.
How often is the subscription renewed?
The subscription is valid for one calendar year from the date of use. After the end of the year, you will be notified that your subscription will be automatically renewed for the next calendar year.

What if I have my accommodation on an additional online booking channel?
You can send us a booking file as extracted from this channel so we can add it as an input method.
How do you save time with Hotelinvoicer?

You can connect to your accountant's accounting program and send all the reservations for the month to a file ready to be imported into the program he uses. It will save him valuable time!
How does Hotelinvoicer help accountants?
Hotelinvoicer can communicate and send monthly or quarterly invoices and receipts to the accountant.

I collaborate with a tourist office/agency, can I issue invoices via Hotelinvoicer?
Hotelinvoicer now issues invoices to travel agencies and agents. That is, an invoice to an agent or travel agency and environment fee receipt to the guest of the accommodation with a single click.
Can I add additional services that I offer in my accommodation for pricing?
Of course. Hotelinvoicer allows you to add additional services (transportation, meals, spa, etc.) for invoicing and then through the interface with the myData platform of AADE, all revenues are sent electronically.

FAQ for the Provider

Basic

What is an e-invoicing provider and why do hotels & accommodations need one?
An e-invoicing provider is a company certified by the Greek tax authority (AADE) through which every business, including every hotel or tourist accommodation, must now transmit its documents (invoices to the state and invoices to businesses, i.e. B2B and B2G) to myDATA. Stay receipts and the special climate resilience fee (formerly the overnight stay tax) are not required to be transmitted through a provider. Hotelinvoicer covers this provider obligation through its partnership with the certified provider EntersoftOne Impact.
Who is the e-invoicing provider for Hotelinvoicer?
Hotelinvoicer is not itself an e-invoicing provider. The certified provider registered with AADE is EntersoftOne Impact, with whom we have completed full partnership and integration so that the stay documents of your accommodation are transmitted correctly to myDATA.
I am already a Hotelinvoicer customer - do I need to do anything extra?
Yes, it remains something simple — but something worth deciding consciously. You need to choose between two paths:

1. Use timologio or the AADE myDATAapp for the few B2B/B2G invoices you issue to the state or to businesses, and keep issuing all your other documents (stay receipts) normally from Hotelinvoicer, with the speed and smart features you already have — with no extra cost or connection step.

2. If you'd rather issue everything from one place, you can proceed with connecting the certified provider EntersoftOne Impact through Hotelinvoicer — retail documents will then also be issued from there, at the corresponding cost of the Provider Activation & Connection Service.

Both options are valid — choose whichever fits your document volume best. Either way, make sure to inform your accountant as well.
Will I keep issuing my invoices from Hotelinvoicer as before?
It depends on the path you choose in the previous question:

— If you choose the timologio/myDATAapp of AADE for B2B/B2G documents (to businesses and to the state), these will now be issued from there; Hotelinvoicer correspondingly locks the creation of such documents within the platform, to avoid errors, always after you've confirmed that you've chosen to issue them from there.

— If you choose to connect the provider, you continue issuing all types of documents normally from Hotelinvoicer, as before.

In both cases, stay receipts and the special climate resilience fee (formerly the overnight stay tax) continue to be issued normally through Hotelinvoicer.
Do all accommodations have to choose a provider?
Yes. All hotels and tourist accommodations must have chosen and declared a certified e-invoicing provider (or, alternatively, the AADE's timologio app) by October 1, 2026.
I run a small property that issues few or no B2B/B2G invoices - do I still need a provider?
The provider obligation applies to B2B and B2G documents. If you mainly issue stay receipts to individual guests (B2C) and few or no B2B/B2G invoices, you can keep issuing your receipts normally from Hotelinvoicer, with no external provider cost, and cover your few B2B/B2G documents with the AADE's free timologio app, declaring it as your provider by October 1, 2026. This answer is based on an official clarification we received from AADE through the my1521 service.
Can I use the AADE timologio / myDATAapp for B2B and B2G documents, and Hotelinvoicer for issuing retail receipts (B2C)?
Yes.

B2G & PEPPOL

Does Hotelinvoicer support the PEPPOL network?
Yes, through our integration with the certified e-invoicing provider EntersoftOne Impact.
I also issue documents to the Public Sector (B2G) - do I need anything extra?
Yes. Documents to General Government bodies (B2G) must be transmitted through a certified provider with PEPPOL network support, once they exceed the applicable amount threshold. For the exact threshold that applies to your case, consult your accountant or the relevant circular. The PEPPOL service is offered by EntersoftOne Impact as a separate annual subscription, in addition to your documents package - there is also a low-cost package that includes it, ideal if you issue few B2G documents per year (see the Cost and Packages section). If your property issues documents to the Public Sector, you will need to add the PEPPOL service to your order, unless you choose a package that already includes it.
Do I need to connect Hotelinvoicer with my POS?
For stay documents, this is not currently required. Your property POS (often related to the term TAAK) mainly concerns retail receipts and, for now, remains separate from stay document invoicing through Hotelinvoicer and the certified provider. In an upcoming Hotelinvoicer update, POS connectivity will become available for those who want it.

Activation Form

What do I write in the Alternative Telecommunications Provider field?
This field is not related to Hotelinvoicer or to the e-invoicing provider. It refers to your telecommunications provider (for example Cosmote, Vodafone, Nova). Please fill in: the name of your telecommunications company, your mobile number, and the start date of your telecommunications contract.
What is the final deadline for hotels and accommodations?
The obligation to connect with a certified e-invoicing provider applies to all accommodations from 1 October 2026. A gradual compliance period is available until 31/12/2026, provided that the relevant declaration has been submitted in myDATA by 12/10/2026 at the latest.
My property had turnover under 1,000,000 euro in 2023 - do I have an obligation to connect with a provider?
Yes. As of October 1, 2026, the obligation to transmit documents (B2B and B2G) through a certified provider also extends to your property or hotel, provided your gross revenue for the tax year starting in 2023 was up to 1,000,000 euro. You can meet this obligation either at no cost, using AADE's free invoicing apps (timologio/myDATAapp), or by integrating a certified provider with Hotelinvoicer, so you can issue all your documents from one place.
What applied to accommodations with turnover over 1,000,000 euro in 2023?
Accommodations and hotels with gross revenue over 1,000,000 euro in 2023 had already been included in the e-invoicing obligation through a certified provider earlier, from 2 March 2026, as the first phase of the regulation (with a gradual compliance period available until 3/5/2026).
Does the obligation now apply to all hotels and accommodations?
Yes. As of October 1, 2026, the obligation to connect with a certified e-invoicing provider covers all businesses, including all hotels and tourist accommodations, regardless of size or turnover, completing the phased rollout of the regulation. This obligation applies exclusively to B2B and B2G documents (invoices to businesses and to the Public Sector) - not to stay-service receipts (B2C), which you continue to issue normally. You can meet the obligation either at no cost, using AADE's free apps (timologio/myDATAapp), or by integrating a certified provider with Hotelinvoicer.

Cost and Packages

Will I be paying two separate charges?
Yes, there are two separate charges, each for a different purpose. On Hotelinvoicer you only pay the Provider Activation and Connection Service: 70 euro plus VAT per year per Tax ID, and 35 euro plus VAT per year for each additional branch under the same Tax ID. Separately, you pay the provider directly, EntersoftOne Impact, for the documents package you purchase from them, based on the volume of stay documents and receipts your property issues. The cost depends on that volume and on whether you need B2G documents via the PEPPOL network.
How do I choose the right documents package from the provider?
In the provider's documents price list, we have secured for you an economical documents package that also includes the Peppol service. There are also several hotel plans available, depending on your property's volume and needs. All plans come with the exclusive 20% discount we have secured from the provider for Hotelinvoicer customers.
Is there a more economical documents package for properties with lower volume?
Yes. We have secured for our customers a low-cost documents package (ISV PACK) from the provider EntersoftOne Impact, which also includes the PEPPOL service for B2G documents. You can find it in our ready-made price list.

Activation Process

How do I activate the connection if I already have EntersoftOne Impact as my provider?
This applies if your property is already connected, either directly with the provider EntersoftOne Impact, or through ordering/POS systems such as Twinsoft, Sunsoft, Prognosis, Wizcom, Witec.

1. Proceed with payment of the Provider Activation and Connection Service.
2. Send the payment receipt to support@hotelinvoicer.gr, clearly stating that you already have an active relationship with the provider, so we can obtain the production keys.
How do I activate the connection if I do not have a provider yet?
1. Download and fill in the activation form.
2. Choose a documents package from the hotel price list — hotel plans come with a 20% discount for Hotelinvoicer customers, as does the ISV Pack, offered at the lowest price on the market, which we secured especially for you with the provider.
3. Proceed with payment of the Provider Activation and Connection Service.
4. Send the completed form AND the payment receipt together to support@hotelinvoicer.gr.
5. You will receive an email directly from the provider to complete your order.
I do not have a Hotelinvoicer subscription yet and want to start directly with the provider - how do I do this?
Go to the "Plans" section, select the plan that interests you, and on the next page you will find the option to add a provider. You can always choose whether to use an external, paid provider (with the corresponding cost) or to avoid this by using AADE's free apps (myDATAapp / timologio).
How will I find the provider connection option inside the app?
As soon as you log in to your Hotelinvoicer account, you will see a relevant notification guiding you through the available options, based on your property's profile.
